Liked the place, luxurious stay. Elegant staff, were more than helpful, great value. Immaculate breakfast - pastries, jam, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and breads. The hotel exceeded high expectations, I will certainly stay here again.

Overall I think it was an UPSCALE hotel, great value. Savoury selection at breakfast including cakes, bread, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and cheese. Pizza bar and good pool. There was a nice restaurant, shops and a market next door.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was off.

I had a decent time, great value. Outstandingly accommodating staff and everything pleasant. The location was unbelievable, not too far away from supreme court canada. The room was incredibly comfortable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The bed was comfy and it was great having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a writing desk. Regards to your valet. 9 miles from Macdonald Cartier airport. Besides, the property had free Wi Fi. Ideal place for a 2-night stay.

We greatly enjoyed all the hotel offered: amazing beds and friendly staff. Nothing beats being in sheraton ottawa. Set only 300 feet away, Cheesy Pizza And Pasta is a wonderful place to eat nearby.
